ラマン分光/FT-IR測定装置は、ジョバンイボン社がSensIR社の顕微FTIR技術を取り入れた、世界初の共焦点レーザ顕微ラマン装置と顕微FT-IR装置の複合機。
ラマン装置の性能を維持し、サンプル上の同一スポットでのFT-IRとラマン測定を可能にしたハイパフォーマンス解析装置です。
