The Cathodoluminescence Spectrophotometer MP-32S/M uses a thermal-type field emission scanning electron microscope (SEM). It enables microscopic ranges to be evaluated with high spatial resolution, which was not possible in the past. The MP-32S/M represents a breakthrough into the submicron range.

• Spatial resolution: 50 µm
• Monochromator embedded with three gratings
• Photon-counting photometry effective for measuring low intensity lights
